Our program is designed so that you can join from anywhere in the world. Sessions are held online whether through Zoom, WhatsApp, or phone making it easy and flexible for you to stay connected, no matter where you are.

  • At the clinic, we also do a BCA (Body Composition Analysis) to get clarity on your body’s needs.

  • You’ll then have a short discussion with our nutritionist to record your routine, health concerns, and preferences.

  • Finally, you get connected with Rajat for the next step.

Stage 2: Consultation

  • This is a 30-minute detailed consultation with Rajat (via phone, WhatsApp, or in person—whichever is most comfortable for you).

  • Here, Rajat will guide you with a sustainable eating pattern that fits your life, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

  • You’ll also receive flexible recommendations tailored for special occasions like weddings, festivals, travel, or work schedules.

Stage 3: Post-Consultation & Long-Term Guidance

  • After the consultation, you can continue with a 3 or 6-month program for consistent support and personalized meal plans or you can opt for a maintenance plan.

  • We focus on building long-term habits, not temporary fixes.

  • At the end of the program, we provide a maintenance plan and lifestyle guide, so that you can continue your healthy journey confidently even after the program.

Yes, Dt. Rajat Jain will meet the client personally for the first consultation.
For further follow-ups, he will be expected to meet the client depending on the package taken by the client, or when there is a need to evaluate the reports.

Yes, we suggest basic blood tests before enrollment and the number of tests may vary depending on the current medical or health issues.

No, we don’t recommend any products for losing weight.
In fact, we give importance to local and traditional food readily available in your kitchen.
We suggest a few vitamins along with a healthy & calculated diet plan depending on the health concern. We believe in a holistic approach while preparing a diet plan.

A program once enrolled in and can only be upgraded within the first week from the date of enrollment downgrades are not allowed.

Your body can safely lose 2-3 kilos in a month. Still, the actual results will depend upon your body system, metabolic rate, physical activity, and your commitment to following our diet plan to reach your goals.
We focus more on FAT LOSS & INCH LOSS rather than just on numbers on the weighing scale.

No. Spot reduction is not possible. One cannot target a specific body part and reduce fat only from there. Fat loss happens from all over the body proportionately.

For online Services, your dietplan can be sent via WhatsApp/ Email. Whereas in Offline services, dietplan in a printed format can be given.

You cannot hold or pause the diet program/package once started.

It’s just not a diet program, it’s more of a learning process in which we work at educating our clients to understand their body’s requirements so that they can plan their own eating patterns and overcome the fears & myths associated with certain foods & diets.

Yes, you can. Your location is not a barrier. All our programs offer regular WhatsApp consultations and we share all food plans via email.
You will be educated on how to plan meals while traveling and assisted with choosing the best options when you are in a new country/city.

Whether you are non-vegetarian, vegetarian, vegan, eggitarian or you follow a Jain diet (like me) the diet will be made as per your likes and dislikes, and most importantly it will be doable.

We understand that people who follow very strict or limited diets cannot sustain them over a longer period.
Just to give you a bit of an overview, our programs purely work on the basis of balanced healthy food and nutrition.
We believe in creating a healthy lifestyle rather than promoting fads, crash diets & pills.

Yes, your current fitness levels and exercise pattern will be analyzed first and then we will guide you that what kind of workout you need to do as per your lifestyle and goals.

The workout that suits your body and gives you an enjoyable experience.
We suggest strength training but for you, it could be running, yoga, dancing, swimming, Zumba, cycling, etc.

Once you have paid for a program, the NO Refund policy applies. Due to the nature of the services involved, No refund is provided under any circumstances.
